Engr Felix Jacobs hails from Kaduna State and attended LEA Tundun Wada, Kaduna, Rimi College, Kaduna, KCAST Zaria, Federal Polytechnic Bida and Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi.

He joined Federal Capital Territory Authority where he rose to and retired as a Director. On retirement, he was appointed the Special Adviser (Technical) to the Hon. Minister of FCT on Satellite Town Development Agency.

He is currently into private business and is a consultant on engineering and public works.
