Nneka Chukwuka, a chartered accountant, ICAN Member and an associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management, (NIM) had an excellent banking experience spanning over 16years. She grew from the graduate trainee (NYSC) to Assistant Manager. She has vast banking experience in different departments from Finance Operations (Head office), Branch Operations. She led the Reconciliation team that restored confidence to Unity Bank, Abuja Central Clearing Unit after consolidation exercise.

Nneka, holds an MBA in Marketing from Lagos State University, Ojo and B.Sc in Accounting from University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. She joined the banking industry in year 2000 when she joined the then New Nigeria Bank Plc as a Youth Corper. The bank later rebranded and transformed into NNB International Bank Plc.

She worked in Unity Bank Plc as a result of consolidation in 2006; She Headed Abuja Central Clearing Unit; Regional, Branch Operation Coordinator; Relationship Manager and Branch Manager. From the banking sector she delved into financial consulting services and worked with Fred Okonta & Co (Chartered Accountants) as Senior auditor.

Nneka is presently in Microfinance Banking where is having an excellent experience as Head, Internal Control and Compliance.
